Graduate Job Description:

Summary:

This entry-level role offers a unique blend of client service responsibilities and an introduction to new product onboardings within our Wealth Management Solutions, a leading global platform that expands access to private market investments.

 

Primary Functions & Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding and servicing of new and existing wealth client relationships.

  • Support in ensuring that the required agreements are in place with all strategic partners.

  • Provide operational support and maintain high levels of client service.

  • Contribute to our global team and assist with various strategic projects.

  • Help in the development of product structures to meet both our and our clients’ needs.

  • Participate in the onboarding of new initiatives, collaborating with both internal and external teams.

  • Monitor the regulatory environment to help ensure we remain compliant and effective in client servicing.

  • Foster a strong network within the firm to facilitate collaboration across departments like Product Management, Client Service and Investment Operations.

Education/Certification:

 

Recent graduates with an undergraduate degree are encouraged to apply. 

Degrees in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields preferred.

Level 4 regulations certification or in process.

 

Required Knowledge:

 

A foundational understanding of investment products and services is advantageous.

Familiarity with investor dealing and operational models for distribution platforms is beneficial.

Skills/Abilities:

 

  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn.

  • Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to research solutions.

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to set priorities and manage workload to meet deadlines.
