Full Job Description

Our mission is to help everyone save and invest for their future. We make it easy to get started and offer products to suit every need—whether you're saving for your first home, planning for retirement, or setting aside funds for a rainy day. We are committed to supporting you in making the right saving and investing decisions throughout your life, and we bring everything together in a service that is simple and enjoyable to use. We have already supported over 600,000 users and have facilitated significant property purchases through our Lifetime ISA offerings.

Recognising that buying a home can be a daunting process, we are expanding our team of mortgage advisers to assist more customers in transitioning from saving for their deposit to owning their dream home. We are seeking Mortgage and Protection Brokers who are passionate about improving the home-buying journey and demystifying the world of mortgages. In this role, you will play a critical part in assisting our customers through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives.

What You'll Do:

Provide professional and personalised mortgage and protection advice to our customers.

Guide customers through the mortgage application process from the first step to their doorstep.

Meet revenue targets for both Mortgage Applications and Protection.

Continuously look for ways to enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate with other teams, such as Home-buying Qualifiers, Administrators, and Case Managers, to ensure smooth handovers and a seamless customer journey.

Achieve quality assurance, service, and risk targets in a regulated environment.

Who You Are:

Driven and ambitious, eager to build your career in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Passionate about improving the home-buying experience, especially for first-time buyers.

Empathetic, with a strong commitment to go above and beyond for customers.

Excellent in both verbal and written communication.

Flexible to work evening and weekend shifts.

Experience and Skills:

A recent graduate in finance, business, or a related field, ideally with some exposure to financial services or customer service roles through internships or part-time work.

Basic understanding of the mortgage industry and a keen interest in developing comprehensive knowledge, including understanding of protection products.

Intent to pursue or currently pursuing CeMAP Mortgage Advisor certification/qualification or equivalent.

Familiarity with applying risk management policies and procedures.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of transforming the financial landscape for home buyers. If you are a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career and make a tangible impact, we invite you to apply.
